Stardew Valley Trash Bear Guide
The Trash Bear is a special NPC that appears in Cindersap Forest starting in Year 3. By fulfilling its requests, you can trigger a heartwarming cutscene that cleans up trash around the valley and rewards you with visual improvements to the town.
How to Unlock
- Trash Bear appears on non-rainy, non-festival days beginning in Year 3
- Located at the bottom of Cindersap Forest, near the Spring Onion patch and the entrance to The Sewers
How It Works
Trash Bear will ask for 4 items total, in this order:
- First request: 1 random seasonal fish or foraged item
- Second request: 1 random seasonal fish or foraged item
- Third request: 1 cooked dish
- Fourth request: 1 cooked dish
There is no time limit to complete these requests. However, Trash Bear does not appear on rainy days, so you cannot fulfill requests on those days.
Request Rules
- Requests will never change until completed
- If the season changes and the previous request was seasonal, the request will update to match the new season
