Function

Bee House produces Honey:

  • Base Output: Wild Honey, produced about every 4 days
  • Sell Price: 100g (base), affected by Rancher/Artisan profession bonuses

Flower Pairing Mechanism

When a mature flower is planted within 5 tiles of a Bee House, the honey produced changes to the corresponding flower honey:

Usage Tips

  • Fairy Rose Honey has the highest value, strongly recommended to pair with Fairy Rose
  • Flowers must be within 5 tile radius of Bee House and fully mature to affect honey type
  • Bee Houses cannot produce honey outdoors in Winter (unless placed in Greenhouse)
  • Combined with Artisan profession (+40% honey sell price) yields extremely high returns
  • Can build large numbers of Bee Houses to form a โ€œhoney farmโ€
  • Honey can be put into Kegs to brew Mead, further increasing value

  • Spring: Tulip, Blue Jazz
  • Summer: Sunflower, Summer Spangle, Poppy, Fairy Rose
  • Fall: Sunflower, Fairy Rose (needs to be planted in Summer to continue)
  • Winter: Outdoor production stops, can continue in Greenhouse
