Volcano Dungeon Guide
The Volcano Dungeon is located at the northernmost part of Ginger Island and has a total of 10 floors. It features the Forge system, which can strengthen weapons and enchant tools, making it the most important combat area in the late game.
Basic Information and Entrance
- Location: Northernmost part of Ginger Island
- Total Floors: 10 (Floor 5 is the Dwarf Shop, Floor 10 is the Forge)
- Entrance Mechanism: Use a Watering Can (Steel level or higher) to pour water on lava rivers to create a path.
- Charge Pour: Covers a straight line of 5 tiles.
- Path disappears every day and needs to be re-poured.
- Pass out at 2:00 AM: Lose up to 2,500g.
Shortcut Unlock
- Spend 5 Golden Walnuts to build a permanent bridge.
- Or use buttons to open shortcuts (requires reaching the corresponding floor first).

Burn debuff effect: -2 speed, -3 defense, -3 attack.
Special Floors
Gate Floor
- Step on buttons to open gates.
- Red dot = locked, green dot = unlocked.
- Unlocked gates allow quick passage.
Mushroom Floor
- Large number of Magma Caps and False Magma Caps.
- Clearing mushroom shells has a 0.5% chance of yielding an Ancient Seed.
Lake Island Floor
- Use a Watering Can to pour water on lava to reach.
- Can obtain chest rewards.
Floor 5 Dwarf Shop
You need to learn the Dwarvish language (donate 4 Dwarf Scrolls to the Museum) to trade.

Forge (Floor 10)
The Forge is the core facility of the Volcano Dungeon, used for weapon strengthening, enchanting, and combining rings.
Weapon Strengthening (up to 3 times)
Consumes 1 gem + 10/15/20 Cinder Shards (Diamonds only require 10).

Infinity Weapons
- Galaxy Weapon + 3 Galaxy Souls + 60 Cinder Shards = Infinity Weapon.
- Three types: Infinity Blade, Infinity Dagger, Infinity Hammer.
- The strongest weapons in the game, with special attack effects.
Ring Combining
- Combine two different rings into one.
- Consumes 20 Cinder Shards.
- Up to 4 ring effects can be combined (double combination).
Cinder Shard Sources
- Mine Cinder Shard nodes in the Volcano Dungeon.
- Dropped by monsters.
- Dropped by chests.
- Up to 17 Golden Walnuts can be obtained in the Volcano Dungeon.
Useful Tips
- Bring a Watering Can (recommended Iridium level) and staircases.
- The Burn debuff from Magma Sparkers is very annoying; prioritize killing them.
- Tiger Slimes drop rare saplings and seeds; worth farming.
- Throwing an Ancient Doll into lava yields a Prismatic Shard.
- Can fish in the Volcano Crater lava pool (Lava Eel), requires Fishing Level 7+.
- It is recommended to build the bridge (5 walnuts) first to save time pouring lava every day.
- 1.6.4 added 20 new Volcano Dungeon layouts; each entry may be different.
